All MOMENTUM products are made to order — your item goes into production only after you place it. Total delivery time is made up of two parts: production time plus shipping (transit) time.
1. Production time
Most items are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. Production may take slightly longer during high-demand periods, new drops, and holidays.
2. Estimated shipping (transit) time
After production, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe / UK: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and weather can affect timing.
3. Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
4. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.
5. Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Multiple shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for this.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on returned-to-sender packages.
