Shipping

Every piece is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking email with a live tracking link the moment your order ships — that link always has the most accurate status.

Where's my tracking number?

Check your shipping confirmation email — search your inbox for "MOMENTUM". No email yet? Your order is still in production. Lost it? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size or a defective print? Contact us within 30 days of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and a photo if it's a print issue. Because items are made to order, sizing exchanges are handled case by case — check the Size Guide before ordering to be safe.

Order Changes

Need to change a size or address? Reach out within 12 hours of ordering — once an order enters production it can't be changed.

Custom Orders

Team jerseys, crew runs, custom colorways — use the custom order form at the bottom of the Contact page.

Everything Else

Hit the Contact page. Messages get answered within 24–48 hours.
